My role: Creative lead shaping the rollout strategy, editing approach, and final reveal asset for Spring Weekend. Insight: Students care as much about how the lineup is revealed as the lineup itself, especially when the announcement is one of the few visible proofs that their input mattered. Problem: Traditional PR-style lineup announcements felt static and disconnected from student culture, making a high-anticipation moment feel less exciting and less reflective of campus engagement. Solution: I transformed the reveal into a social-first video built from survey data, sharper pacing, and a more cohesive visual theme, creating CAB’s most liked lineup reveal and helping support the most successful Spring Weekend of my four years at Fordham, with 72% of 926 surveyed students rating the events a 5/5, over 90% rating them a 4 or higher, and an overall average of 4.6.
